C.R.P.( NPD) NO.2211 OF 2018 M.GOVINDARAJ, J.

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 27.02.2019, this Court directed the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.92 of 2012 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Court has received a communication from Additional Sub Court, Ariyalur seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 27.02.2019 passed in C.R.P.(PD) NO.2211 OF 2018. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

Therefore, time is extended by two months from today to comply with the order dated 27.2.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
