Rule and Section 7 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 praying to grant a judgment and decree on the following terms; a) Directing the Defendant Firm to pay the Plaintiff Firm, a sum of Rs.3,89,35,700/- (Rupees Three Crores Eighty Nine Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand and Seven Hundred), along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of Plaint till the date of realization. b) Direct the Defendant Firm to pay the costs of the suit to the Plaintiff Firm.

JUDGMENT

2.Accordingly this Civil Suit is decreed in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 14.04.2023. No costs. The terms of Memorandum of Compromise dated 14.04.2023 signed by the plaintiffs and the defendants shall form part and parcel of this judgment and decree.
