This application has been filed by the plaintiff in the suit seeking interim injunction restraining the respondent from interfering with possession or from encumbering the suit property.

2. I am not able to understand the nature of the relief sought particularly, not to encumber the suit property, since the suit property is a compound wall measuring 1' x 117', I have not come across any instance tend where a compound wall has been independently sold or dealt with or mortgaged or leased to any person.
