This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in PRC No.14 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
