ORDER

This petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection, adequate safety and security to the life of the 1/4

petitioner to restore the cart-track to original position as per the decree dated 10.11.2022 made in favour of the petitioner in A.S.No.4 of 2016 based on the complaint dated 04.03.2023 and representation dated 12.03.2023 made by the petitioner.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3.Recording the submissions and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
