(By D.Krishnakumar,J.,) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 submitted that the the petition filed before the Government under Section 80-A of the Act has been dismissed by the Government and he has also produced a copy of the said order dated 04.07.2024 before this Court. He has further submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petitioner.
2. In view of the above submission, we are of the view that pursuant to the dismissal of the petition filed by the Writ Petitioner under Section 80-A of the Act, 2/4
nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
