Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to totally relax the conditions to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court on the petitioner above named vide order dated 19.01.2021 in Crl.OP.No.20528/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.BALACHANDAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20328 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in Crime No.1234 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court dated 19.01.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in two weeks i.e. alternative Monday's at 10.30 AM. This petition is ordered accordingly.
