It is submitted before the court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and as well the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the convict viz., Sekar @ Gunasekar, son of Sachidanandham, Life Convict, (Ct.No.21210) has been re-admitted in the same Central Prison, Vellore on 1.6.2020 and therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition, filed by his wife, has become infructuous.
