ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 17.12.2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 352, 386, 506 (ii) of IPC and 3 (1) of Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, in Crime No.142 of 2021, seeks bail, as second time.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 21.04.2021, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) to get instructions. Today, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner was detained under the GOONDAS Act and also produced the detention order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Mayiladuthurai District, Mayiladuthurai, dated 22.04.2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner was detained under the Goondas Act, by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Mayiladuthurai District, Mayiladuthurai, under detention order dated 22.04.2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
