hvk 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.07.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.14120 of 2017, final report has been filed on 19.04.2025. 3.In view of the same, the disobedience alleged against the respondent may not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
