ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to complete the enquiry initiated on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 08.04.2024 and 26.06.2024, complaining about the illegal appointments made by the fifth respondent college and to file a detailed report and to take necessary follow up action.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is to be passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an alumni of the fifth respondent college and he made representations dated 08.04.2024 and 26.06.2024 to the official respondents regarding the illegal
appointments made by the fifth respondent without following due recruitment process, for which enquiry was initiated, but however no progress and no report was filed till date. He further submitted that it would suffice to issue a direction to the third respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry in the subject issue.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct and conclude the enquiry proceedings based on the petitioner's representations dated 08.04.2024 and 26.06.2024, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the fifth respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
