JUDGMENT

2. The unsuccessful writ petitioner, an employee the respondentBank has filed the present writ appeal challenging the correctness of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in dismissing his writ petition filed challenging his transfer order.
3. It appears that the appellant had been sought to be transferred because of the exigency caused by the medical leave availed by the appellant. On the ground of his heart ailment, the appellant had sought for indulgence of the learned Single Judge and having failed in his attempt, has knocked the doors of this court.
4. On perusing the copies of documents filed by the appellant with regard to his health condition, we find that they disclose some problem with cardiac ailment. Therefore, considering his health condition, in modification of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, we direct the respondents to consider for posting the appellant within 10 to 20 Kms in and around the place where he has already been working. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. ssk.
