CRIME NO.3 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that instead of the petitioner must deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2019 to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- into the credit of Crime No.3 of 2019 for the order passed on 28.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.RAGHAVAN Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.775 of 2019 by an order dated 28.01.2019 to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2019.

3.This Court is not satisfied with the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is seen from the records only on the above condition the petitioner has been granted Anticipatory bail.
