Prayer in CRP.No.3074 of 2011: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 19.06.2011 passed by the Hon'ble II Additional Family Court, Chennai in I.A.No.294 of 2011 in O.P.No.3447 of 2009 condoning the delay of 61 days in filing petition to set aside the ex-parte divorce order dated 01.11.2010 in O.P.No.3447 of 2009.

2.The memorandum of compromise dated 19.08.2015 duly signed by the petitioner and the respondent with their respective counsel is filed in original. They also submit that this memorandum of compromise could be recorded and the civil revision petition be disposed of in terms of the compromise filed. 3.Recording the submission made and taking the memorandum of compromise filed in original on file, both the civil revision petitions are closed in terms of memorandum of compromise filed. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of the order. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
