M.P.No.2 of 2015 in C.R.P.No.1560 of 2015 M.DURAISWAMY,J., The petitioner has filed the above Miscellaneous Petition to extend the time granted by this court for filing an appeal from 30.04.2015 to 20.05.2015.

2. This court, while dismissing the Civil Revision Petition as withdrawn, gave liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal as against the impugned order before the appropriate court on or before 30.04.2015.

3. In paragraph No.7 of the affidavit filed in support of the above Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner has stated that he obtained the certified copy of the order on 28.04.2015 and therefore, he could not file an appeal on 30.04.2015 and had filed an appeal only on 20.05.2015.

4. Since the petitioner had satisfactorily explained the reason for not filing the appeal on or before 30.04.2015 and that he has also filed an appeal on 20.05.2015, the time granted on 30.04.2015, is extended till 20.05.2015.

M.DURAISWAMY,J., Rj The Sub Court, Namakkal is directed to entertain the appeal and pass suitable orders in the appeal.

With this observation, the Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Rj 16.06.2015 M.P.No.2 of 2015 in C.R.P.No.1560 of 2015
