This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to substitute and incorporate the Joint Secretary namely A.K.Zarook Ali in the place of deceased President/Muthavalli Namely Dr.G.S.M.P.Khadri in the long and cause title of the above C.R.P.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
