This matter is posted today under the caption "Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. By order dated 18.02.2015, while granting bail, I directed the petitioners to produce solvency certificate to be attested by RDO and that order was modified by an order dated 03.03.2015. While modifying the order, the modification was restricted to one portion and it was not extended to later part of the order wherein also, I direct two sureties to be attested by RDO. Hence, Registry is directed to modify the order dated 18.02.2015 to the following effect : In the last sentence of para-5, instead of "two sureties must also produce solvency certificate attested by RDO shall be substituted as "those sureties must also produce two sureties attested by Tahsildar".
