Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12467 of 2015 dated 22.06.2015.

2. This court by order dated 22.06.2016 modified the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12467 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) also confirms that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

5. Recording the said submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12467 of 2015 dated 22.06.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
