By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claiming to be the Headman of Anganoor Village, submitted an application dated 27.5.2015, to the respondent praying for an appropriate permission to conduct song and dance programme in connection with the temple festival at Ayyan Verranar Thirukovil on 5.6.2015, between 7.00 P.M. and 10.00 P.M. and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the said application dated 27.5.2015, in accordance with law, at the earliest and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
