Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 31.12.2012 and 04.08.2014 and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the patta No.627 from the name of Sangeetha into the petitioner's name for the property measuring 0.07 cents out of 0.63 cents of Agricultural land comprised in Survey No.151/1B6B of Kandian Kuppam Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District. ORDER

The petitioner made representations on 31.12.2012 and 04.08.2014 to the first respondent stating that for the Survey No.151/1B6B of Kandian Kuppam Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, patta No.627 has been wrongly changed by playing fraud as the petitioner is no more. As the said representations have not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations dated 31.12.2012 and 04.08.2014, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
