ORDER
The present application has been filed to grant permission to the applicant/ Executrix on the behalf of the other beneficiaries the respondents herein to deal with the property i.e to alienate or developing the property set forth in the Will dated 25.02.2002 executed by the father Mr.A.K.Rajagopal the Testator.

3. Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned Senior Counsel appeared on behalf of the applicant. When the learned Senior Counsel started to make his submissions, Mr.G.R.M.Palaniappan, learned counsel who entered appearance on behalf of the respondents would interject and submitted that the respondents do not have any objection in allowing the present application.
4. Hence, having being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration the univocal no objection made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the present application is ordered as prayed for.
