This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2014 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 08.10.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.02.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
