ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Page No.1 of 4

Cantonment Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5836 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the Final Report has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5836 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16.04.2025 dk Page No.2 of 4
