ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that 8(i) that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Jayamkondam every Monday at 10.30 a.m imposed in the earlier order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13954 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1215 of 2022 dated 12.09.2023.

2.Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the earlier order of this Court dated 12.09.2023.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Paragraph 8 of the order dated 12.09.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.13954 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1215 of 2022 is modified as follows: " 8. Consequent to the above modification, this Court modifies the condition No.(iii) also as hereunder:

The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until disposal of the appeal and if the petitioner is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, she shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of her absence, as directed by the trial Court."
