This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 27.08.2019 made in W.P.No.2710 of 2011. 2.This Court vide order dated 27.08.2019 made in W.P.No.2710 of 2011 issued direction to the respondents to evict the third respondent in the writ petition and to pass orders allotting shop no.3 in favour of the petitioner, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order signed on 29.04.2025.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
