ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2011 from the file of respondent to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Villupuram District and further direct to file a final report within a time frame.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the case in Crime No.35 of 2011 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 28.11.2011 and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.4 of 2011 was also served.
