This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 18.9.2017 submitted by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court is unable to entertain the writ petition for the laches committed by the petitioner. The reason is that the petitioner was permitted to retire from service from the post of Junior Assistant way back in the year 2009. Having kept quiet for almost eight long years, the petitioner cannot ask for refixation of his salary/pension. Therefore, the petitioner, having slept over the matter, is held guilty of laches.
