By order dated 02.04.2019, this Court has directed the revision petitioner/defendant to file an affidavit of undertaking, undertaking to http://www.judis.nic.in

P.T. ASHA, J., mrn vacate the premises within a period of six (6) months from date. The affidavit of undertaking has been filed. The tenant has undertaken to vacate the premises on or before 30.09.2019 and undertakes to continue to pay the rents of Rs.8,000/- in the same mode as he is now doing and also undertakes not to sublet the premises. The affidavit of undertaking is taken on file and the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
