This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to report before the Muthialpet police Station instead of Madhavaram Police Station which is imposed by this Honorable Court in pursuance with order dated 04.03.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.5937 of 2025

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Muthialpet police Station instead of Madhavaram Police Station vide order dated 04.03.2025 in Crl.OP.No.5937 of 2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Muthialpet police Station everyday at 5:30 p.m.,until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24.03.2025 vca To 1.
