O R D E R
The 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition has filed the above Review Application to review the order dated 14.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.17917 of 2017.
2.Though there is no error apparent on the face of the record, the only submission made by the review applicant is that in paragraph-8 of the order, this Court had directed the 1st respondent to depute an Officer to supervise to ensure the election meeting and also the election to be held either on 15.07.2017 or on any other subsequent date in accordance with the by-laws and this Court may direct that the election may be conducted in accordance with the existing by-laws.
3.It is needless to say that the by-laws referred to in the order means only the existing by-laws and a party cannot rely upon a repealed by-law. Except this clarification, I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record, warranting interference in the review application. 4.Accordingly, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
