ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition, as the main suit in O.S.No.5690 of 2011 on the file of the learned XVIII Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai, was decreed on 17.10.2014. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
