Ranganayaki   v. Theepanchan

C.M.P.Nos.5960 to 5962 of 2018 in C.R.P.(PD)No.4013 of 2014 RMT.TEEKAARAMAN.,J., These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 519 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Mr.Theepanchan; (ii) to set aside the abatement and (iii) to bring on record the proposed parties/legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent Mr.Theepanchan.

2. Heard and perused.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavits, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions namely C.M.P.Nos.5960 to 5962 of 2018 are ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in C.R.P.No.4013 of 2014 and connected Miscellaneous Petitions.

5. Post the matter on 20.10.2022.
