PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to register the complaint based on the order in C.M.P.No.470 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Omalur.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the first respondent to register the complaint based on the order in C.M.P.No.470 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Omalur.

2. When the matter is taken up learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.188 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 355 and 379 of IPC.

3. In view of the registration of FIR, no further order needs to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
