2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the present writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that, the petitioner had received all the original certificates produced by her, at the time of her admission, in the second respondent college, including the Transfer Certificate.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
