2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report was also filed stating that ''Further Action Dropped''. RCS Notice was also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advcocate (Crl. Side) that final report was already filed as "Further Action Dropped", this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any orders in this petition.
