The Report submitted by the Joint Director of Health Services, Dharmapuri to the District Collector, Dharmapuri in proceeding dated 22.01.2024 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.

Mr.I.Prakash Raj, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the enquiry was not conducted properly. Though, the petitioner made a request to conduct an enquiry through more than one Doctors, but the statement has been obtained from one Doctor. 3.

The fact remains that the impugned Report is communicated to the District Collector by the Joint Director of Health Services. No further action has been initiated, admittedly. Thus, the petitioner could not able to Page No.2 of 5

establish any cause for maintaining the present writ petition. As on date, the petitioner cannot be construed as an aggrieved person. Thus, the Writ Petition is pre-mature and stands dismissed. No costs. 05.04.2024 Index :
