ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records on the file of the respondent Police in Crime No.173 of 2024 and quash the same.

2. It is now reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent that the respondent Police had already filed a final report in the case in Crime No.173 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thirvallur District in C.C.No.452 of 2024. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition at this stage.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 07.04.2025 klt 2/4
