3.This Court vide order dated 02.07.2021 had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) to the credit of D.V.C.No.528 of 2019 before the learned Special Judge for trial of the Domestic Violence Act Cases, Coimbatore and the same has been deposited. The Respondent is at liberty to withdraw the same. 4.The Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly at the admission stage itself. No cost.
