Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to sent a report to the 1st respondent, as per the circular issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.6639/2013 (Pa2) dt 20.09.2013 relating to transfer of patta in petitioner's name within a stipulated time framed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.K.Murugesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The amended prayer in the writ petition is to direct the second respondent to send the report to the 1st respondent, as per the communication issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.6639/2013 (Pa2) dated 20.09.2013.

3.The petitioner has applied for grant of patta and the first respondent directed the second respondent to submit appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report vide proceedings dated 20.09.2013.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that reasonable time may be granted to comply with the direction. 5.Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction upon the second respondent to submit appropriate report to the first respondent, as to what was done pursuant to proceedings dated 20.09.2013 issued by the District Revenue Officer the first respondent within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
