ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the judgment and decree dated 17.11.2015 passed by the learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri, in I.A.No.506 of 2013 in O.S.No.108 of 2000, thereby impleading the petitioners as parties to the suit. 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself dismissed and hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to review the Civil Revision Petition, if the suit is restored. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
