ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 12.05.2016, given by the petitioner and to proceed in accordance with law.
2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials on records.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 12.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.06.2016. A copy of the the closure report is produced before this Court.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
