ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to take up the complaint dated 20.01.2022 having Ref. No. N202122006026857 filed by the petitioner under the Ombudsman Scheme as against the 2nd respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondents. This writ petition is of the year 2022. When the matter was came up for hearing on 20.04.2022, it has been recorded that the complaint status on the website of the Reserve Bank of India was shown as 'closed'. Thus, this Court is of the view that, since the petitioner's complaint has already been closed, the petitioner has not chosen to prosecute
the present case. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
