Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal dated 09.01.2017 in Na.Ka.No.2/16047/2015 regarding grant of notional promotion in the post of Firka Surveyor to the petitioner and all other monetary service benefits to the petitioner.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal dated 09.01.2017 in Na.Ka.No.2/16047/2015 regarding grant of notional promotion in the post of Firka Surveyor to the petitioner and all other monetary service benefits to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the right of the promotion has been denied to the writ petitioner, on par with his juniors in this regard. The writ petitioner has submitted an application to the second respondent on 05.05.2015. The said application was recommended and a proposal was submitted to the first respondent by the second respondent on 09.01.2017. However, the proposal is yet to be considered by the first respondent. 3.In this view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the writ petitioner on 05.05.2015, along with the proposal submitted by the second respondent on 09.01.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the initial application or representation and the relevant Government Orders, if any, along with the orders passed in this writ petition.
4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
