ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 5(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 22.01.2025 passed by this Court in Page No.1 of 4

Crl.O.P.No.287 of 2025 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., every day until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.287 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
