ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) With reference to the grievances of the writ petitioner regarding removal of unauthorized constructions, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that inspection and survey was conducted by the competent authorities. The unauthorized constructions are identified and notice was issued on 21.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that opportunity is yet to be provided to the 2nd respondent.

3. It is needless to state that the competent authority has to afford opportunity to all parties as contemplated under the Act and Rules and thereafter unauthorized construction, if any, shall be removed. The said exercise is

directed to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
