ORDER

Seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District, to consider the bail bond of the petitioner in CrlMP No.2521 of 2016 in Crime No.275 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is facing prosecution for the offences under Section 489(A), 489(B) and 420 IPC in S.C.No.178 of 2015 before the Sub Court, Arni.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that trial has began and the prosecution has started examining the witnesses.

5. In a case of this nature, if the conditions of bail is modified, there are every chances of the accused fleeing from justice.

Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial in S.C.No.178 of 2015 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry and cross-examine the witnesses on the date they are examined in chief.
