The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.11.2020 as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur in Crl M.P.No.236 of 2021 dated 12.02.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur, the second respondent has registered an FIR in Crime No.03 of 2021 on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2020 for the alleged offences punishable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under Sections 294(b) and 506(2) IPC as against the two accused persons namely Manickam and Shafer Beinat.
