(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.12.2015 passed by this Court in M.P. No. 2 of 2015 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P. No.28570 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this contempt petition, the respondent had vacated and handed over possession of the property in question to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
