ORDER

This Criminal Revision is preferred by the petitioner / husband against the order dated 09.04.2018 passed by the Family Court, Dharmapuri, in FC MC No.56 of 2017, thereby awarding maintenance of Rs.7,500/- per month in favour of the respondent. 2.Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that during the pendency of this case, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement with regard to the dispute between them and they have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 26.06.2019 in CMA.No.1778 of 2019, in terms of which, the said Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was disposed of, by the Division Bench of this Court, on 03.07.2019. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision.
