Common Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disperse the petitioners' one time pensionary benefit and gratuity, after fixing the petitioner's pay in accordance with 6th pay commission including eligible dearness allowance. ORDER
These writ petitions has been filed for direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to disperse the petitioners' one time pensionary benefit and gratuity, after fixing the petitioner's pay in accordance with 6th pay commission including eligible dearness allowance.
2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 29.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
